Blockboard produced in our factory is of 3- or 5-ply build. Thicker core (10-14 mm) is made of stripes of sawn wood (pine) glued together to form flat plate. There are one or two layers of veneer (1,5 mm ) glued to each side of the core.
Blockboard is manufactured in two types of gluing: interior: on the basis of urea-formaldehyde (UF) glue, for use in dry conditions acc. to EN 636, exterior: on the basis of phenol-formaldehyde (PF) glue, for use in exterior conditions acc. to EN 636.
